Along the fence separating civilians from the local superhighway, in the bushes and (almost) out of sight, is the bedroll of an urban outdoorsman.A standard black trash bag, a dry piece of cardboard and what looked like a very clean and dry quilted blanket. Not really appropriate for the predicted rain later today, but comfy enough for the moment.
